Screwed I'm watching a movie called The Nun and I SWEAR the main character looks just like heather from Silent Hill 3. She's got longer hair, but it's still blond and she's got the exact same facial expressions and face shape. IT'S SO WEIRD. I almost hope they make a SH3 movie now so she can be in it!
Oh lucky me, the teachers in my district have decided to go on strike. Of course they're calling it a "work stoppage" and the school board is calling it an "illegal work stoppage" but whatever they call it, I probably won't be in school on Tuesday. While this may sound like a good thing, it's really not. I'm taking 2 AP courses, and the tests are in May. They also don't care if our teachers are on strike, the tests are in MAY, and I DON'T WANT EXTRA HOMEWORK. I also am very fond of winter break, plus I'm probably going away anyway so that means MORE EXTRA WORK. What are the teachers complaining about? Basically they're getting a 2-3% raise this year (and next) and have to teach 20 extra minutes a day for elementary schools. But they want a 3-4% raise, 100% health benefits at one point, and the old school day back. RAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRR. //end rant
